​​​We invite you to an immersive ritual evening at ANTI SPA in Berlin Mitte - held under a full moon, limited to 24 people // female only

​​This ceremony is designed as a full-body experience to help you step out of the mind and reconnect with yourself.

​​We begin by arriving gently, allowing the body to slow down and the breath to deepen.

​​From here, you'll be guided into a warm, meditative sauna experience accompanied by crystal singing bowls. An invitation to soften, release, and drop deeper with every sound.

​​From heat, we move to cold. A collective plunge that resets everything the sound opened up.

​​We close with cacao. Warm, grounding, shared.

​​Please bring a bathing suit - and expect to go home with more than you arrived with. An elevated state of mind and a carefully curated goodie bag.
